Mr. K Pandia Rajan is the Chairman, Randstad India Ltd. He is also the National Secretary – Elections, Desiya Murpokku Dravida Kazhagam, Member of the Tamil Nadu Legislative Assembly – Virudhunagar, Constituency President – Indian Staffing Federation and Member of Public Accounts Committee, Tamil Nadu Legislative Assembly.

A BE (Hons) from PSG College of Technology, Coimbatore, Mr. Rajan went on to do his MBA in PM & IR from Xavier Labour Relations Institute (XLRI), Jamshedpur. He founded and built Ma Foi Management Consultants Ltd into the first Public Limited HR Service provider in India with about 1,500 professionals in 55 offices.

Mr. Rajan is the Founder-Trustee of Sornammal Educational Trust (SET) that runs a school in Chennai for the underprivileged. He has also written books like “You are Appointed” and “Ayirathil Oruvan”.
