Orissa likely to have MSME Ministry

Orissa might have a ministry for micro, small and medium enterprises (MSME) soon. This was said by the Chief Secretary Tarun Kanti Mishra. Mishra said so at the open house session on the concluding day of the 6th Entrepreneurs’ Week.
According to him, a committee headed by the Chief Secretary has already been formed and it will submit its report in next three months. All this has been done after the direction from the Chief Minister.
The event was attended by other industry experts like Secretary of Industries Sourabh Garg, Director of Industries Hemant Sharma, Secretary of Handloom and Textiles Arati Ahuja etc.
