Resolvity Enters India’s Cloud Telephony Market

Resolvity, Inc. a leading provider of on demand IVR and speech recognition in the US has made its foray into the rapidly growing Indian cloud telephony and IVR market with the launch of VoiceGain. VoiceGain is a cloud telephony solution for Indian small and medium enterprises (SMEs). Resolvity is financially backed by Nadathur Holdings and Investments, a Private-Equity fund founded by N.S. Raghavan, Co-Founder of Infosys.

VoiceGain is a cloud telephony solution that allows Indian SME enterprises to store, manage and track telephone sales inquiries and leads. It allows sales inquiries to be routed real time to their field sales personnel on their mobile phone - anytime, anywhere. It also helps such organizations to offer customer support with a virtual call centre technology infrastructure on a pay-per-use model.
