Kaushik Guhathakurta, Director in Resurgent India Limited, has over 12 years of experience in Business Consulting, Private Equity and Investment Banking having worked with Arthur Andersen, KPMG, McKinsey & Co and Francisco Partners in his earlier stints.
During his career he has worked with several large Indian and global companies in the areas of business strategies, overseas expansion, mergers & acquisitions, capital raising and risk management. At present he leads the M&A and PE practice of Resurgent and works with emerging companies across a range of business strategy, M&A and capital raising initiatives.
Thakurta is a rank-holder Chartered Accountant and MBA from XLRI Jamshedpur.
