Mr. Ranjit Shastri,

Ranjit Shastri is a Director of the Stern Fisher Angel Network, a global network of business leaders, professionals and investors who believe that angel investing needs to be fair, patient, and genuinely supportive of the aspirations of young startups.

Shastri is the Indian joint venture partner of X-PM, a leading global provider of implementation and project management services, and has served as a director of multinational organizations such as Vickers Systems India Ltd., the engineering and automotive subsidiary of Eaton Corporation.

Shastri served as the Executive Director of the Indian Venture Capital Association and co-founded PSi, an advisor to foreign investors, including venture capital firms, private equity firms, limited partners and strategic investors. Prior to co-founding PSi, Shastri was a management consultant, first at Bain & Co. in Boston, then McKinsey & Company in New York.

Shastri has writte monthly columns for India’s leading business magazines, and has served as a visiting faculty member at the Management Development Institute.

Shastri earned an M.B.A. in Finance from the Wharton School, and a B.Sc. in applied mathematics from Yale University.
