Founded by Neelam Singh, the entrepreneur behind The Burger Company, Bruno’s Pizzeria is designed to elevate India’s premium casual dining segment. The brand emphasizes in-house production, from dough to sauces, using a central kitchen model to ensure consistency and quality across future locations.
The menu features signature offerings such as the TBT Margherita, truffle-infused pizzas, hot honey drizzles, and bomb garlic bread. Complementing these are gourmet pastas, desserts, and specialty beverages, including coffee and matcha. Bruno’s also plans limited-edition experiences like “Cheesy AF Week” and branded merchandise to engage younger diners and create a sense of community around the brand.
