The new outlet in Aerocity reflects the brand’s continued emphasis on North Indian cuisine while presenting a more immersive dining environment. After debuting the concept earlier this year in Bangkok the format has now been introduced in Delhi.
The restaurant can host more than 150 guests and features private dining spaces for 8 12 and 20 guests catering to intimate gatherings as well as larger groups. The venue also includes interactive attractions such as a live tawa and chaat counter along with Chef Theatre Nights and Studio Nights showcasing curated live entertainment.
The menu retains Daryaganj Resturants signature offerings while adding a Daryaganj Gold selection featuring refreshed interpretations of classic dishes. Guests can explore a dedicated chaat menu with items such as Dahi Bhalla Bingsu Gol Gappa Trio and Mushroom Ram Ladoo alongside signature dishes including 24 Karat Mutton Biryani Daryaganj Daulat Ki Chaat and India Gate Avocado Bhel Puri. The restaurant also revives recipes dating back to 1947 including Jelly Fruit Cream Custard and Nargasi Kofta.
In addition, the menu introduces Five Senses Curries designed to highlight aroma sound and flavour with dishes prepared in view of diners through an open kitchen concept. The beverage programme follows a similar philosophy blending familiar inspirations with contemporary presentation styles.
