Kaynes Technology India has signed a strategic Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with China-based BOSGAME to establish and expand the latter’s presence in the Indian market.
The partnership will focus on introducing BOSGAME’s intelligent computing products in India, developing market channels and exploring product localization based on market requirements.
The collaboration combines BOSGAME’s intelligent computing portfolio with Kaynes Technology’s capabilities in electronics design, engineering, manufacturing, testing, supply-chain management and lifecycle support.
The MoU was signed by Jaydeep Jadav, Head–Brand Business at Kaynes Technology, and Lucky Wang, Vice President of Six United, representing BOSGAME.
Jaydeep Jadav said, “India is entering an exciting phase in electronics where global product innovation is increasingly being complemented by strong local engineering, manufacturing and customer support capabilities. Our collaboration with BOSGAME is aligned with this transition.”
BOSGAME specializes in intelligent computing products and operates from Shenzhen. Its portfolio includes products such as mini-PCs and laptops.
Lucky Wang, Vice President, Six United, representing BOSGAME, added, “India is an important technology market with significant long-term potential. We are pleased to collaborate with Kaynes Technology, whose engineering, manufacturing and execution capabilities provide a strong foundation for our India journey.”
The partnership comes as both companies look to expand their participation in India’s electronics ecosystem through local engineering, manufacturing and product development.
