Spiro Appoints Ram Ramanathan as Group Chief Financial Officer
Spiro has appointed Ram Ramanathan as its new Group CFO to lead financial planning, capital allocation and governance.

Electric two-wheeler company Spiro has appointed Ram Ramanathan as its new Group Chief Financial Officer (CFO). In his new role, Ramanathan will lead the company’s financial planning, capital allocation and governance functions.

Ramanathan has previously held senior finance positions at several companies, including IFFCO Group, Landmark Group and PepsiCo. At Spiro, he will oversee the company’s capital structure and financial governance.

He will also play a key role in financial planning and directing investments in Spiro’s electric vehicles, charging hubs and infrastructure. Strengthening the company financial capabilities as it expands will be among his key responsibilities.

Ramanathan said his focus will be on building financial capabilities, governance systems and capital structures that can support Spiro’s continued expansion and help convert its strong operational growth into sustainable long-term growth.

Anant Badjatya, Group CEO, Spiro, said Ramanathan brings extensive financial and strategic leadership experience, which will be valuable as the company continues to scale.
