Wow! Momo is set to secure an additional Rs 75 crore in its ongoing Series D funding round, with Singularity AMC coming in as the latest investor. This marks the company’s third fundraising activity in 2025, following a Rs 150 crore infusion earlier this year led by Haldiram’s Kamal Agrawal, along with Khazanah and 360 One.
As per board approvals, Wow! Momo will issue 7,838 Series D6 compulsorily convertible preference shares at a price of Rs 95,699 per share to raise the said amount from Singularity AMC. After this tranche, the company’s post-money valuation is estimated at around Rs 2,838 crore. The fresh capital will be deployed towards capital expansion, working capital needs, and general corporate requirements as the company continues to scale its operations.
Founded in 2008 by Sagar Daryani and Binod Homagai, Wow! Momo currently operates more than 700 outlets across 17 cities. Its brand portfolio includes Wow! Momo, Wow! China, Wow! Chicken, and Wow! Kulfi, reflecting its multi-brand presence within the QSR segment.
To date, Wow! Momo has raised over 140 million dollars in funding, including a 42 million dollar Series D round led by Khazanah in January 2024. Post the latest investment, Singularity AMC will hold a 2.64 percent stake in the company.
For the financial year 2024, the company reported operating revenue of Rs 470 crore, up 13 percent year-on-year from Rs 413 crore in FY23. Losses remained unchanged at Rs 114 crore. Financial details for FY25 are yet to be disclosed.
