Dr Om P. Manchanda (Om) is the Chief Executive Officer of Dr Lal PathLabs (LPL).
Om made his debut with Hindustan Unilever in 1990. Over nearly 10 years, he received in-depth exposure in consumer products sales, distribution, marketing, advertising, brand innovations, et al.
From Hindustan Unilever, Om moved to the all-American company Monsanto India as the head of Marketing and later as head of Sales in 1999.
Om’s next assignment was Ranbaxy Consumer Healthcare in 2003 as Head of Marketing. Later, he led the International & Innovation group of the company’s Consumer Healthcare Division.
He moved on from Ranbaxy in 2005 to Dr Lal PathLabs Ltd. (LPL). Over the last ten years, Om has successfully transformed and built Dr. Lal PathLabs as one of the leading Diagnostic Company in India. He has taken Dr. Lal PathLabs to a successful listing on National Stock Exchange in Dec’2015.
Om is an alumnus of IIM Ahmedabad.
