In his present capacity, he is responsible for the overall direction, strategy and growth of the Advisory and Transaction Services business in India.

With multi-disciplinary exposure, Ram’s career path over the years, has involved working with clients across industries and asset classes assisting them with their real strategies. Many occupiers have benefited over the years from his expertise in complex leasing, dispositions, Built-to-Suit, Land and Investment transactions.

He is an acknowledged real estate expert, and is well known for his strong relationships with developers and investors. He continues to manage and spearhead some of the key CBRE relationships as their long term trusted partner. With the evolving India market, he continues to be engaged in providing global occupiers insight into uncovering opportunities in the country. He is very active in the real estate eco-space, and is a well-known speaker across real estate forums such as RICS, IFMA and Corenet.

Vivek Agarwal is Co-founder & CTO of Square Yards – India’s largest proptech company with annual net revenue run rate of $45Mn, 3000+ employees and presence in 10 countries. Vivek has played a significant role in crafting product strategy and driving technology development of some of the largest real estate & mortgage platforms at Square Yards.
Vivek possess rich entrepreneurial experience of setting up tech start-ups & scaling them up. He has 15+ years of multi-functional experience with some of world's largest Technology companies like Intel, Nokia and Accenture. Vivek is a MBA from NITIE, Mumbai and holds an engineering degree from JC Bose University of Science & Technology YMCA, Haryana

Akash Gupta is the Founder of Mobycy, India’s first dock-less electric scooter sharing app. As the chief evangelist, Akash is responsible for building the leading electric scooter sharing venture from ground-up. His vision for Mobycy is to solve micro-mobility in cities in a convenient, affordable and eco-friendly way, thereby building more liveable cities and a sustainable India. To Mobycy, Akash brings years of executive-level leadership experience in marketing and rapidly scaling up tech and tech-assisted businesses at MobiKwik, Snapdeal, Dell and Airtel.

Before founding Mobycy at the intersection of green-tech and fitness-tech, Akash was with MobiKwik as Vice President & Head of Marketingand was instrumental in placing MobiKwik amongst the leading payment tools in India and beyond.Under his leadership, MobiKwik’s user-base increased 160% to 65 million in just two years. This marketing-led growth going in parallel with growth in revenue and high rate of return and efficiency of marketing spend. While at MobiKwik, Akash was also the face of the organization in news and media around digital payments advocacy and dialog. At Snapdeal, Akash was heading Acquisitions & Alliances for Mobile Marketing, where he led a 5X growth of daily app acquisitions and drove mobile revenue growth while maintaining a Top 10 rank on AppStores. Prior to Snapdeal, Akash lead the 4G network launch and nation-wide acquisition for 4G at Airtel.

After a Bachelorsof Engineering in Computer Science, Akash went on to pursue his MBA from IMT Ghaziabad in 2008. Akash has been an avid speaker & has been featured by various media houses as an expert on startup marketing skills.Akash loves watching movies & finishing IMDB Top 250 is on his hit list. He loves traveling with his wife & friends and thinks travelling gives a lot of worldly perspective & helps growing an individual from within. Akash has a penchant for fitness &music too.

Goldie Srivastava is the co-founder and Chief Executive Officer of SmartE, India’s first and largest shared electric mobility service. Having co-founded the company in 2014, Goldie moved to lead SmartE as its CEO in June 2016. In his current role, Goldie aims to build not just India’s but the world’s largest shared electric mobility service. However, his immediate vision is to roll-out 100,000 SmartEs across the country in the next 4-5 years. This will also result in delivering 4 billion+ rides a year and help reduce vehicular carbon emissions equivalent to about 1 million tonnes per year.

Over his professional journey over last 19 years, Goldie has held key leadership roles across several domains such as marketing, public relations, communications, corporate social responsibility as well as journalism. He has worked for some of the marque Fortune 500 organizations, including two Dow 30 companies.

With a B.Sc in Physics from Mumbai University, Goldie has worked for some of the most iconic brands over his career spanning more than 19 years, including names such as IBM and Adobe.Prior to SmartE, he served as the Director of Communications (Asia-Pacific) at United Technologies Corporation. During his stint here, Goldie developed a wide range of strategic communications and marketing programs to bolster the growth of the organization across the Asia-Pacific region. Goldie is passionate about making a difference to the society – both at a personal as well as professional level. Having led award-winning CSR projects during his corporate stint, Goldie continues to work with non-profits, especially in the areas of environment, education and skill-development.

An alumnus of IIM Ahmedabad, Anand has deep business strategy experience in the consumer internet space with stints at Flipkart, Housing.com etc. At Flipkart, he built the large appliances business from scratch (one of Flipkart’s largest categories today) & the Returns & Liquidation organization (contributing ~75bps improvement to the company’s bottom line)
