SiddarthPai is the Founding Partner of 3one4 Capital, an early stage Venture Capital Fund house based in Bangalore with cumulative assets under management of over 100 million dollars. At 3one4 Capital, Siddarth leads a team that manage the end-to-end processes from deal evaluations and diligence over legal and financial dimensions to portfolio management operations across the set of deployments. He has also help develop proprietary software systems for portfolio management, financial analysis, metrics tracking and simulations.

He is also an expert policy member of ISPIRT, the Indian Software Product Industry Round Table, a Bangalore based think-tank. Siddarth was part of the iSPIRT team that was petitioning the government to change the dreaded “Angel Tax” regulations in India and is currently working on the “List in India” and “Stay in India” initiatives.

He has completed his BCom from St Joseph’s College of Commerce Bangalore and completed his Chartered Accountancy exams from ICAI.
