Has extensive experience in helping companies navigate Foreign Investment and corporate regulations. Worked with multiple Venture Capital funds in India and overseas, on set-up, investment structuring and exit planning.Experience in tax and regulatory matters connected with corporate reorganizations, mergers, acquisitions and other transactions.
