Abhiram is an early-stage investor with extensive experience investing in consumer brands and consumer technology businesses in India. He started his career as an investor in 2017 and has partnered with founders building consumer brands, consumer technology and financial services business across the early-stage and growth-stage investment lifecycles in India and Asia.
In his previous endeavors, Abhiram has worked with Fireside Ventures, a consumer-focused venture fund in India and with 360 One Asset Management as a part of their Private Equity team, where he primarily focused on investments in the consumer and financial services space. Abhiram also had a brief stint with Invest India, the Government of India's National Investment Promotion & Facilitation Arm, where he co-authored a comprehensive report on the Indian consumer industry.
Abhiram holds an MBA High Honors degree from the prestigious University of Chicago Booth School of Business. Abhiram is also a rank-holder member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI). Abhiram worked with Verlinvest first in 2022 and then joined as a founding member of V3 Ventures in 2023 to invest across India and Asia.
