Adarsh Sekhar

Adarsh leads Lam Capital’s investment activities in India. Adarsh also leads Corporate Development for Lam in India, overseeing M&A, strategic partnerships and licensing. Previously, Adarsh was an investment partner at IBM Ventures, where he focused on global investments in AI and quantum computing. He also spent over a decade in IBM Corporate Development, leading acquisitions, joint ventures, minority investments, and divestitures globally, with a focus on emerging markets. Earlier, Adarsh was part of Microsoft’s Corporate Development team in Redmond, executing global M&A transactions, and began his career as a technology investment banker at Thomas Weisel Partners in San Francisco. Adarsh holds an MS in Management Science & Engineering from Stanford University, an MS in Civil Engineering from the University of Minnesota, and a Bachelor’s degree in engineering from IIT Madras.
