Geetha Adinarayan

Geetha Adinarayan is an IBM Distinguished Engineer and CTO for IBM Consulting, India and South Asia. Her expertise includes AI infusion in enterprise applications, building AI-powered products, Agentic Applications, performance engineering, and enterprise architecture. She holds 17 patents and believes in innovation for creative problem solving. Geetha Adinarayan has been recognized with several awards, including the Women in AI Leadership Award and being featured in INDIAai's "21 Women in 21" list. Outside work, she loves writing poems, creating rangoli (connecting dots to create beautiful patterns), organic gardening, experimenting with organic cleaning alternatives to chemical cleaners and creating instant fun and fantasy stories for children.
