Keerthi Kumar

Keerthi is a seasoned GCC (Global Capability Centers) professional in the Strategy & Business Design practice in Deloitte Consulting and carries over 17 years of management consulting experience. He is based out of our Bangalore office.
He has successfully helped various global clients by leading end to end strategy, location assessment, operating model design, set-up and optimization of multi-functional global business service centers in India, Africa and Latin America. Functions include R&D, IT, finance, SCM and other business functions.
Keerthi also leads the innovation service offering within the practice. As a strong advocate of co-creation, Keerthi helps his clients catalyze the process of innovation through open innovation techniques by working closely with the local startup ecosystem. He also partners with an industry forum to enable the open innovation platform that helps corporates and startups to work together.
