Madhav Tandan

Madhav is a veteran venture investor and company builder with over a decade and a half of experience backing and co-developing startups in India. He spent eight years at Omidyar, leading investments in emerging tech, and then founded Escape Velocity, an early-stage tech investment firm focused on cross-border opportunities from India. He also co-founded Startify, a GTM accelerator helping Indian brands enter UAE/MENA. Before Escape Velocity and Startify, Madhav spent seven years in technology investment banking in Mumbai and London with Citigroup and Credit Suisse.
