Prateek Shukla

Prateek Shukla is the Co-Founder & CEO of Masai, India's fastest-growing outcome-driven edtech platform. An IIT Kanpur alumnus and serial entrepreneur, Prateek Shukla is deeply committed to tackling India’s education and unemployment challenges. His journey began with an internship at Teach for India, where grassroot exposure shaped his purpose. In 2019, a visit to Kenya and Tanzania further strengthened his belief in community-led and skills-first learning after engaging with the Masai Mara tribe. Driven to shift the focus of education from degrees to outcomes, Prateek co-founded Masai in June 2019, where his primary focus is on the company’s growth and strategy, scaling operations, building partnerships, aligning the curriculum with industry needs, and delivering on Masai’s promise of outcome-driven education.
