Santhosh Rao

Santhosh is the Business Unit Leader for the GCC vertical at IBM Consulting in India and South Asia, bringing three decades of expertise in driving digital transformation and cognitive solutions. Working with clients globally, Santhosh is at the forefront of driving digital transformation, helping global enterprises leverage India’s talent ecosystem to evolve from traditional back-office operations to strategic Global Value Centres (GVCs).
He holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science from the Jawaharlal Nehru National College of Engineering, providing him with a strong technical foundation. To complement his extensive field experience, he has pursued advanced executive education, completing a program in Leading Customer Centric Growth at The Wharton School and earning a certification as an Executive Leader in Business Administration and Management from Cornell University.
