Education in Ireland, the national brand representing Ireland’s higher education sector, will host its Education in Ireland Fair in New Delhi on October 3, 2026, at Shangri-La Eros New Delhi.
The fair will bring together representatives and academics from 17 leading Irish universities and colleges, along with an official from the Irish Visa Office. The event will give students and parents an opportunity to interact directly with institutions and gain first-hand information about higher education opportunities in Ireland.
Positioned as a comprehensive guidance event, the fair will enable students to explore a wide range of undergraduate and postgraduate programmes across technology, healthcare, sustainability, business and finance, arts and humanities and emerging industries.
Academics and faculty representatives from participating institutions will be available to discuss academic pathways, industry trends and the advantages of studying in Ireland. Students will also be able to learn about research opportunities, student life and personal development options available at Irish institutions.
Guidance on Courses, Careers and Student Visa Process
The event will include personalised guidance and one-on-one interactions aimed at helping students make informed decisions about their higher education plans. The organisers said the fair will provide students with greater clarity about academic options and the overall experience of studying in Ireland.
Representatives from the Irish Visa Office will also attend the event to guide students and families through the student visa process, documentation requirements and relevant timelines. This is expected to help prospective students better prepare for upcoming academic intakes.
Ahead of the fair, Elizabeth McHenry, Regional Manager - Asia & MENA, Education in Ireland, said, “Delhi is an exciting and dynamic hub for aspiring students seeking higher education opportunities. We are delighted to begin our series of India Education Fairs in New Delhi, bringing together 17 leading Irish universities and colleges to give students and parents direct access to institutions and visa experts.”
She added that the fair will provide students with an opportunity to explore programmes, research and growth opportunities while gaining a deeper understanding of what studying in Ireland entails. She also said Education in Ireland looks forward to engaging with students and families in Delhi and supporting them in making informed choices about their higher education journey.
Participating Institutions
The 17 participating institutions include Dublin City University, Atlantic Technological University, Dublin Business School, Maynooth University, National College of Ireland, Trinity College Dublin, University College Dublin, University College Cork, University of Galway and University of Limerick, among others.
The New Delhi fair is part of Education in Ireland’s five-city India Education Fairs series, which will also travel to Pune, Mumbai, Chennai and Bengaluru in October.
The fairs will provide students with direct access to universities and visa experts, helping them understand study opportunities and the process of pursuing higher education in Ireland.
