According to a report by Entrackr, the company’s board has approved the issuance of 4,648 Series A CCPS. These shares have been issued at a price of INR 2,06,248.06 per share. The issue will help the company raise around INR 95.86 crore, equivalent to approximately USD 10 million.
In the funding round, Accel and Prosus will each invest around INR 47.48 crore. Angel investors Dinesh Chandra Agarwal, Dinesh Gulati, GSF Accelerator Founder and CEO Rajesh Sawhney and Gaurav Kapoor will collectively invest around INR 91 lakh.
AI Learning Model to Get Expansion
According to available estimates, Arivihan’s valuation in the new Series A round could be around INR 570 crore, which is approximately 3.3 times higher than the nearly INR 171 crore valuation recorded in the previous Pre-Series A round. This valuation is an estimate based on reported filings.
The company will use the new capital for working capital requirements, business expansion and growth. Moneycontrol reported in February 2026 that Arivihan was in talks with Accel and Prosus to raise a USD 10–12 million Series A round.
Arivihan had raised USD 4.17 million, or around INR 36 crore, in a Pre-Series A round in July 2025. The round was led by Prosus and Accel, with participation from GSF Investors. The new round reflects the company’s expansion in terms of both funding and valuation.

Focus to Remain on Students in Smaller Cities
Arivihan’s model targets students who have limited access to offline coaching or quality educational resources available in larger cities. According to the company, its platform has been designed to provide affordable digital education to K-12 students in Tier-II cities and rural areas.
The company has also recorded strong early-stage growth in its financial performance. In FY25, Arivihan’s revenue increased nearly 14.8 times to INR 3.14 crore, compared with INR 21.29 lakh in FY24. However, the company reported a loss of INR 4.45 crore in FY25. The company has not yet filed its FY26 financial results.
