ekincare Acquires Hyderabad-based SaaS Firm Superclaims

Healthtech firm ekincare has acquired Superclaims, a Hyderabad-based AI-driven SaaS firm. Financial terms of the acquisition were not disclosed. Founded in 2024, Superclaims is an AI-powered claims adjudication SaaS platform that automates health insurance claim assessments.

Following the acquisition Superclaims cofounder and CEO Bhavish Ramaswamy and cofounder and CTO Maneesh Daithala will take a broader leadership team as well as report to the senior leadership at ekincare. Moreover, the Superclaims brand will continue to operate independently, while benefiting from ekincare’s broader platform and distribution network.
