Giga Raises $61 million in Series A funding

Varun Vummadi's company Giga is an AI startup designed to transform the way we interact with customers currently based in San Francisco and working with large enterprises like DoorDash after raising revenue from elite Silicon Valley investors including Redpoint Ventures.

The most significant feature of Giga's AI agents is their natural-sounding voice and their ability to respond to customers instantly. Further more these voice-based AI agents are multilingual enabling companies to handle millions of customer interactions daily without human intervention.

Giga's Ever Increasing Growth 
Regarding Giga's growth the founders say 'Our AI systems interact with millions of customers every day which is greatly benefiting companies customer service making it much smarter and faster than before. Giga is also growing by providing services and benefits to other companies.

Today Giga has established it self well in the global AI industry with clients spanning from the US to Europe and Asia demonstrating the importance of Indian tech talent in the global AI revolution.

Giga's Current Services
Giga's products are currently being used by large companies in the areas of Customer Support Automation, Telecom and E-commerce. In this context the company's CEO Esha Mandeep has written on the X account that, "We are not very excited about raising $61 million (approximately ₹540 crores) but are more excited about the innovations we are going to do in the future."

Nexus Venture Partners also said that Giga's products are "the future of enterprise-grade AI services."
