Hatti Kaapi, the homegrown coffee brand celebrated for its authentic South Indian filter coffee, has inaugurated its 64th outlet in Bengaluru, located on the bustling Church Street. The café, designed for quick grab-and-go service as well as leisurely coffee breaks, was officially opened by Mohammed Haris Nalapad, former president of the Karnataka Pradesh Youth Congress Committee.
The new outlet is part of Hatti Kaapi’s ongoing effort to bring the richness of Karnataka coffee heritage to a variety of spaces, from neighbourhood stores and hospitals to malls, high-street cafés, and gated communities. With this launch, the brand now operates over 100 outlets nationwide, with upcoming locations planned for New BEL Road in Bengaluru and Mohali, Punjab.
Strategically situated at WeWork, The Pavilion on Church Street, the café is poised to attract a mix of professionals, students, shoppers, and coffee aficionados. True to Hatti Kaapi’s signature style, the outlet serves freshly brewed filter coffee from handpicked beans, alongside a menu that reinterprets South Indian classics with a modern twist.
U.S. Mahendar, Founder & CEO of Hatti Kaapi, said at the launch, “Following the success of our Signature store on Lavelle Road, we are thrilled to bring the Coffees of Karnataka experience to Church Street. This milestone supports our vision of making authentic Indian coffee a preferred choice both nationally and internationally.”
The Church Street outlet also reinforces Hatti Kaapi’s commitment to sustainability, with eco-friendly practices such as reusable brass tumblers, reduced plastic usage, and ethically sourced coffee.
