Jagdish Farshan Expands Retail Footprint, Eyes Delhi–Mumbai Highway Corridor
Jagdish Farshan has opened a new retail outlet in Kalol and is preparing to expand along the Delhi–Mumbai Highway. The company expects the expansion to generate an additional 5-6 crore in revenue over the next year.

Jagdish Farshan, a well-known Indian snacks and namkeen brand, is accelerating its retail expansion with the launch of a new store in Kalol, Gujarat. The outlet was inaugurated in the presence of Union Minister for Road Transport and Highways Nitin Gadkari.

The company has already established retail outlets at Ahmedabad and Surat airports and is now planning to open more stores along the Delhi–Mumbai Highway. Jagdish Farshan expects the expansion to generate an additional 5–6 crore in revenue over the next year.

The newly launched 4,000 sq. ft. store in Kalol has been developed with an investment of around ₹2 crore. It will offer a wide range of fresh snacks, namkeen and other food products to both travellers and local customers.

Speaking on the expansion, Aakash Kandoi, Managing Director, Jagdish Farshan, said that travellers today are looking for quick, convenient and trusted food options. As a result, airports and highways are becoming increasingly important retail destinations for food brands.

He added that the Delhi–Mumbai Highway is one of India's busiest travel corridors, but organised regional snack brands still have limited presence there. The company sees significant growth opportunities by expanding its trusted Gujarat-based brand to a wider customer base.

Through this expansion, Jagdish Farshan aims to strengthen its presence beyond its traditional markets and make its products more accessible to travellers across the country.
