Lemon Tree Hotels Limited has signed a new hotel in Barog, taking its portfolio in Himachal Pradesh to 10 properties. The company currently operates four hotels in the state, with six more in the pipeline, including the newly announced project, reinforcing its growing footprint in one of India’s most dynamic tourism markets.
The hotel will be managed by Carnation Hotels Private Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of Lemon Tree Hotels Limited.
Nestled in the tranquil hills of Himachal Pradesh, Barog is a scenic town celebrated for its lush greenery, colonial charm and peaceful surroundings. Situated along the historic Kalka–Shimla route, it has increasingly emerged as a preferred destination for leisure travellers seeking short getaways and immersive stays within easy driving distance of North India’s key cities.
The upcoming Lemon Tree Hotel, Barog will offer 49 well-appointed rooms along with a restaurant, banquet hall, meeting room, spa, swimming pool and fitness centre. The property is being designed to serve leisure travellers as well as host destination events and intimate corporate offsites.
