Lemon Tree Hotels Limited, India’s leading mid-scale and premium hospitality group, has announced the signing of a new hotel in Omkareshwar, Madhya Pradesh. The upcoming property will operate under the brand Lemon Tree Premier, marking another milestone in the company’s expansion across the state.
The hotel will be managed by Carnation Hotels Private Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of Lemon Tree Hotels Limited. With this addition, the group continues to strengthen its presence in Madhya Pradesh, targeting both pilgrimage-driven leisure travel and emerging business demand in the region.
Situated in the sacred town of Omkareshwar—set on an island in the Narmada River and home to one of the twelve revered Jyotirlingas of Lord Shiva—the hotel is poised to serve travellers drawn by the destination’s spiritual significance, historic temples, and tranquil river ghats.
The planned Lemon Tree Premier, Omkareshwar will feature 85 thoughtfully designed rooms, along with a restaurant, banquet hall, and meeting facilities. Guests will also have access to a range of recreational amenities, including a fitness centre, swimming pool, and spa.
The property enjoys convenient connectivity, located approximately 85 km from Devi Ahilya Bai Holkar International Airport and 81 km from Indore Junction, with easy access via public and private transportation.
