Netradyne, a fleet safety and AI technology company backed by Reliance Industries and SoftBank, has acquired Moove Connected Mobility, a Europe-based fleet intelligence firm. The move marks Netradyne’s entry into the European market, seen as a key region for its global expansion.
Following the acquisition, Moove will operate under Netradyne Europe and act as a central hub for regional sales, partnerships and customer engagement.
Jeroen Bruinooge, former CEO of Moove, will join Netradyne as Senior Vice President and General Manager for Europe, where he will lead growth and go-to-market strategies.
The combined entity aims to enhance fleet safety, driver performance and operational efficiency for enterprise clients. It will offer a unified AI-powered platform across North America, Europe and Asia, integrating Netradyne’s technology with Moove’s local expertise and customer base.
Founded in 2015, Netradyne has raised over USD 260 million from investors, including a USD 90 million Series D round in 2025 that valued the company at over USD 1.3 billion. While Netradyne serves global fleet customers, Moove has focused on data-driven fleet optimisation solutions for European enterprises.
