Paragon Footwear Launches Next-Gen Retail Store, Redefining In-Store Shopping Experience
The rollout, beginning mid-December 2025, is part of Paragon’s wider premiumisation and expansion strategy.

Paragon Footwear has unveiled its next-generation retail format with the opening of its first new-concept store in Ramamurthy Nagar, Bengaluru. The launch marks a strategic move to strengthen the brand’s direct-to-consumer presence while appealing to Gen Z and young urban shoppers through a more immersive and design-led in-store experience.

Designed as experience-driven hubs, the new-format stores span over 1,000 square feet and offer improved footfall management, intuitive layouts, and curated product displays to encourage discovery and conversion. Youth-centric colour schemes, premium interiors, and social-media-friendly aesthetics reflect Paragon’s shift toward a modern, brand-led retail identity.

Speaking on the launch, Nakhul Joseph, Executive Vice President – Retail, Franchise & Human Resources at Paragon Footwear, said the brand is reimagining the role of physical retail. He noted that the new stores are designed to mirror the energy and individuality of today’s youth while offering a seamless and inspiring shopping experience across categories.

In addition to Paragon’s core collections, the new retail format will showcase Eeken, targeted at Gen Z consumers with bold and trend-forward designs; Stimulus, focused on everyday comfort for millennials; and Carmicci, which caters to the premium leather footwear segment. This multi-brand approach supports Paragon’s goal of expanding its presence in the mid-to-premium category while maintaining leadership in the value segment.

The expansion will follow a franchise-led model supported by a hybrid business framework that shares investment and operational responsibilities with partners. This structure is intended to ensure consistent brand standards while enabling faster and more sustainable scale-up.

With India’s footwear market projected to reach $15 billion by 2028, Paragon sees the new retail format as a key growth lever. Additional new-format stores are planned across metros and Tier 1 cities through 2026, integrating physical and digital experiences as part of the company’s omnichannel strategy.
