Quantum Energy and EMO Energy Launch Electric Scooter for Last-Mile Delivery
Quantum Energy has partnered with EMO Energy to launch the Quantum Bziness EMO, a purpose-built electric scooter for high-duty last-mile and fleet operations in India.

Quantum Energy Limited has announced a strategic collaboration with EMO Energy to launch the Quantum Bziness EMO, a purpose-built electric scooter designed for high-duty last-mile and fleet operations in India. The new model combines Quantum Energy’s vehicle engineering with EMO Energy’s globally patented liquid-cooled battery technology, offering a reliable, scalable, and cost-efficient mobility solution tailored to India’s demanding delivery ecosystem.

At the core of the Quantum Bziness EMO is EMO Energy’s 2 kWh ZenPac battery, delivering a real-world range of up to 80 km and a top speed of 50 kmph. Designed for high utilisation, the battery supports fast charging in just 20 minutes using EMO’s Swft fast charger. Backed by over 150 million kilometres of real-world operations, the ZenPac battery has demonstrated predictable ageing and low degradation, enabled by active immersion cooling, advanced energy management systems, and an active balancing BMS supported by 25 global patents.

Sheetanshu Tyagi, Co-founder and CEO of EMO Energy, said the collaboration reflects the need to design vehicles and energy systems together for scalable and high-performance last-mile mobility. Chakravarthi C, Managing Director of Quantum Energy Limited, added that the partnership strengthens the fast-charging ecosystem, improving vehicle uptime, turnaround times, and confidence for fleet operators and individual riders.

Built for India’s last-mile economy, the Quantum Bziness EMO offers a payload capacity of up to 200 kg and is powered by a 2,500 W (peak) hub motor. The scooter features 12-inch wheels and a CBS braking system to ensure stability and safety across urban and semi-urban conditions. Quantum Energy also supports customers through more than 100 service touchpoints nationwide.

To support growth, Quantum Energy has commenced operations at a new 6-acre greenfield manufacturing facility in Maheshwaram. Phase 1 will deliver 55,000 sq. ft. of built-up area by March 2026 with a capacity of 10,000 units per month, while Phase 2 will scale production to 20,000 units per month by mid-2027.

Through this collaboration, Quantum Energy and EMO Energy aim to deploy 10,000 scooters over the next 12 months, making last-mile delivery more scalable, reliable, and cost-effective, while accelerating India’s transition to clean electric mobility.
