Ramee Hotels has signed a new 100-key resort in Karjat, reinforcing the group’s strategic expansion across Maharashtra. The upcoming property, being developed in partnership with Blue Neck Group, is currently in its greenfield stage and is set to emerge as one of the region’s leading leisure and events destinations.
Situated amid Karjat’s lush mountain ranges and panoramic waterfall views, the resort has been planned as a comprehensive hub for leisure, celebrations, and lifestyle-led experiences. Proposed features include expansive open lawns, landscaped recreational zones, dedicated party and event areas, elevated terrace spaces, and a swimming pool designed to enhance overall guest engagement.
The project will also house multiple modern dining venues, thoughtfully planned recreational facilities, and contemporary hospitality amenities, positioning the resort as a key choice for vacations, celebrations, corporate retreats, and weekend getaways.
