Zenith by Kai Brings Structured Global Lunch Menus to Bengaluru’s Rooftop Scene
Kai’s new rooftop venue on MG Road has introduced ‘Zenith by Kai,’ a curated 3-course and 5-course lunch experience. The menu blends global flavours with a refined dining format, offering Bengaluru diners a premium midday option.

Bengaluru’s latest rooftop venue, set 13 floors above MG Road, is positioning itself as an all-day destination with a clear focus on structured dining. The restaurant has introduced Zenith by Kai, a curated 3-course and 5-course lunch programme designed to bring a more deliberate and extended approach to midday meals.

Kai enters the city’s F&B market with an “anti-concept” positioning, intentionally avoiding conventional category labels. This flexibility extends to its lunch service, now crafted under the direction of Head Chef Virendra Singh Chauhan. Zenith by Kai presents global dishes shaped by precise technique and seasonal produce.

The format includes two menu options. The 5-course meal, priced at Rs 1299, moves through Salad and Soup, Dim Sum and Sushi, Appetizers, Large Plates, and Dessert. Guests looking for a concise experience can choose the 3-course option at Rs 999, which focuses on Appetizers, a signature Large Plate, and Dessert.

The selection draws on multiple culinary influences. The opening category features items such as Marinated Watermelon with Creamed Goat Cheese, Mint and Balsamic Sauce; Tom Yam Gai with bird eye chilli, Thai herbs and chicken; and Bouillabaisse, the traditional French fish stew. Appetizers include Vine Tomato Tostas, Kyoto Mushrooms, Jalapeno Chicken, Paneer Khurchan Tart, and Sous Vide Chicken Sukha.

The dim sum and sushi lineup consists of Truffle Edamame and Asparagus Dumplings, Green Paradise Sushi, and Pan-Seared Basil, Chilli and Prawn Gyoza. Large Plates range from Broccoli Asparagus Conchiglie and Penang Curry to Harissa Chicken and Malabar Seared Fish. Desserts include Tiramisu, After Dark made with single-origin dark chocolate, and a Chocolate Cranberry Cookie Tart.

With its emphasis on structured dining, global variety, and a high-altitude setting, Zenith by Kai is positioning itself as a new option for Bengaluru’s consumers seeking an elevated lunchtime format supported by consistent menu engineering and a defined experience.
