Superhealth, India first zero-wait, zero-commission hospital, has appointed Dalvir Singh Suri as Head of Operations. He will be responsible for building the systems, teams and operating processes required to support the company’s next phase of growth.
The appointment comes 10 months after Superhealth opened its flagship hospital in Bengaluru. The company said its model combines AI-native technology, full-time salaried doctors without commissions or incentives, fixed all-inclusive pricing, zero wait times and digitally managed clinical and operational workflows.
Superhealth proprietary AI-native hospital operating system, SuperOS, has been operational since the launch of its first hospital. The platform enables real-time patient monitoring and clinical audits. The company also said its average length of stay is nearly one-third of that of a typical corporate hospital.
Superhealth is now targeting the expansion of its network to 100 multispecialty hospitals across India over the next 5–7 years. As Head of Operations, Suri will focus on making the company’s operating model, including zero wait times, transparent pricing and high-quality care, consistent across its expanding hospital network.
Suri brings nearly 17 years of experience in building and scaling operating systems. He was a co-founder of Dunzo, where he spent more than eight years building businesses and managing operations at hyperlocal scale.
Commenting on the appointment, Varun Dubey, Founder & CEO, Superhealth Hospitals, said the company is focused on delivering high-quality healthcare with transparency and simplicity. He added that Suri’s experience in building seamless digital and physical operations will support Superhealth’s journey from its first hospital to a nationwide network of 100 hospitals.
Manoj Kumar, Founder & Chief Operating Officer, Superhealth Hospitals, said operational excellence will be critical to making the company’s care model repeatable at scale. He highlighted the importance of timely appointments, seamless information flow, planned procedures and frictionless discharge experiences.
Suri said healthcare represents a significant operating challenge and that Superhealth has already built a model valued by patients and doctors. He added that his focus will be on scaling this experience with speed and operational discipline while building a world-class operations organisation.
