The LaLiT Suri Hospitality Group has announced the appointment of Soumyajit Ghosh as Hotel Manager of The LaLiT Jaipur, strengthening the property’s senior leadership team as it continues to focus on operational efficiency and guest experience delivery.
Ghosh brings over 16 years of experience in luxury and international hospitality, with a background spanning rooms division operations, guest experience management, large-team leadership, and service delivery across complex hotel environments. His appointment reflects the group’s strategy of reinforcing leadership at the unit level to support consistent service standards and business performance.
His career includes senior roles with leading hospitality brands such as ITC Hotels, Novotel Kolkata, Sheraton Hyderabad, Courtyard by Marriott in Bengaluru and Bhopal, and GMR’s airport hospitality vertical at IGI Airport, New Delhi. Across these assignments, he has been involved in service enhancement initiatives, operational process improvement, revenue-focused strategies, and team development across diverse hospitality formats.

Prior to this appointment, Ghosh served as Resident Manager at The LaLiT Mumbai, where he was responsible for day-to-day hotel operations and cross-functional coordination. His elevation to Hotel Manager at Jaipur aligns with the group’s internal talent development approach and its focus on leadership continuity across properties.
