“Vibe with Fynd” Brings AI-Native Transformation and Social Impact Together
The goal of the Fynd Foundation is to ensure that more children receive quality education and essential skills so that they can move forward in a technology-driven world.

The programme offers an honest, unfiltered view into what it takes to become truly AI-native, not as a simple roll-out of tools, but as a fundamental organisational transformation.

Fynd, a leading AI-native retail technology company backed by Reliance Retail Ventures Limited, today announced the launch of ‘Vibe with Fynd’, a high-touch AI-native mentorship programme designed to help founders, CEOs, CXOs and technology leaders reimagine their organisations for the AI era. The programme offers an honest, unfiltered view into what it takes to become truly AI-native, not as a simple roll-out of tools, but as a fundamental organisational transformation.

Built for leaders looking beyond “slide-deck transformation”, Vibe with Fynd is a focused four-hour session with the team that built Fynd’s AI-native ecosystem. The programme explores the operational and cultural shifts required when AI collapses traditional work cycles, compressing processes that once took weeks of coordination and review into near-instant outcomes.

The initiative is offered across three session tiers, each tailored to a specific leadership audience.

The Founder’s Circle :  A one-to-one strategic deep dive with Founder Farooq Adam on AI-native transformation, organisational design and culture shift, tailored for founders and CEOs.

The CTO’s Table : A hands-on technical session with Fynd’s CTOs and engineering leaders covering AI architecture, tool selection, engineering culture and integration playbooks, designed for CTOs and engineering leads building AI-native teams.

Vibe with Fynd Studio : A design and experience-focused session led by Fynd’s Chief Design Officer, aimed at creative and marketing leaders exploring AI-led product, brand and customer experience innovation.

The initiative creates a direct link between enterprise leadership development and social impact with programme proceeds supporting education for underprivileged children, particularly girls and providing access to modern learning equipment. The Foundation focuses on expanding access to quality education and skills to help young learners thrive in a technology-driven future. Each session booked directly contributes to advancing this mission.

Unlike conventional AI workshops that focus on tool adoption, Vibe with Fynd addresses the more complex organisational questions such as how to redesign processes, reshape culture and rebuild operating models with AI at the centre. Participants receive first-hand insights from a leadership team that has already completed that transition, not a theoretical roadmap, but a practitioner’s perspective on what it takes to move from AI-enabled to AI-native.

“At Fynd, we believe that the progress we make as an organisation should also create meaningful opportunities for others,” said Ragini Varma, Chief Business Officer - India, Fynd. “Through Fynd Foundation, our goal is to expand access to education and technology resources for underprivileged children who often face the greatest barriers to opportunity. With Vibe with Fynd, every session not only helps leaders navigate AI transformation but also contributes to creating a more inclusive and technology-enabled future.”

By combining executive mentorship with a philanthropic mission, the initiative enables companies to accelerate their journey towards becoming AI-native organisations while helping expand educational opportunities for the next generation.
