Pankaj Dinodia is the CEO of Dinodia Capital Advisors, a boutique Investment Bank based in New Delhi, India. He advises several Indian family businesses, corporate clients, institutional investors and multinational clients on M&A, capital raising, ushering in the next generation, incubation of new businesses, India entry strategy and corporate governance.

He started his career at Goldman, Sachs & Co. in New York in the Investment Banking division. He was later handpicked to move to India to set up Goldman's Private Equity business (Principal Investment Area) in Mumbai. His prior work experience also includes Cue Ball Capital, Lehman Brothers, Deutsche Bank and Ernst & Young.

Last year, Dinodia was felicitated as the ‘Entrepreneur of the Year 2013- Financial Services’ by Franchise India, Asia’s largest retail and franchise solutions provider.

Dinodia has also taught classes on Valuations, M&A and Private Equity at some of the leading academic institutions in the world such as the Wharton School, Harvard Business School and IIM- Ahmadabad.

He is the founder of the Global Wharton India Mentoring Network and the Co-Founder and former President of the Wharton Alumni Association's Delhi Chapter. He currently serves on the Advisory Board of India Knowledge@Wharton and the Admissions Committee in New Delhi for the undergraduate admissions process at the University of Pennsylvania (Secondary School Committee). He also sits on the Executive Board and Management Committee for the Harvard Business School Club of India and is a Charter Member for TiE Delhi.

Dinodia graduated magna cum laude from the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania for his B.S Economics Degree and received a MBA from the Harvard Business School (HBS), where he graduated with second year honours. He has also completed an extensive programme on Boardroom Strategies & Deal Tactics in Mergers & Acquisitions at the Harvard Law School (HLS).
