Ashok Reddy is currently the Managing Director and Co-founder of TeamLease Services, India’s leading staffing solutions company. Prior to this, he was the Co-founder of India Life Hewitt (currently Hewitt Outsourcing Asia), which was India’s first HR BPO firm and went on to be Asia’s largest. He started his career in investment banking in Mumbai.

Ashok Reddy graduated from Shriram College, Delhi, and got a management degree from IIM Bangalore.
