All Things Breakfast Launches Darcy & Company With Pondicherry Micro-Bakery
All Things Breakfast has entered India’s organised breakfast and wellness food segment with its flagship brand, Darcy & Company.

All Things Breakfast Pvt. Ltd. (ATB) has announced its entry into India’s organised breakfast and wellness food segment with the launch of its first flagship brand, Darcy & Company. The company has introduced the brand through a micro-bakery model based in Pondicherry, focusing on small-batch breakfast products, beginning with protein- and fiber-enriched granolas.

The launch coincides with a limited-edition product line titled The Jane Austen Anthology, introduced to mark the 250th birth anniversary of the author. The collection positions the brand at the intersection of food retail, culture, and curated consumption, targeting consumers seeking differentiated breakfast offerings.

Darcy & Company has been founded by Rashmi Naik, who brings over two decades of corporate experience into the venture. The business was developed following a personal shift toward nutrition-led eating habits, supported by a small founding team. The brand’s initial focus remains on controlled production, ingredient traceability, and direct-to-consumer distribution.

“Somewhere along the way, we started swinging on a pendulum between ‘super healthy but tasteless’ and ‘absolutely unhealthy, carb-laden’ breakfasts,” says Rashmi Naik. “Darcy & Company is addressing that imbalance. We believe food should be a source of joy, not anxiety. Our granolas are made with activated seeds, local grains, and single-origin Indian ingredients to be clean, healthy, and, most importantly, undeniably delicious.”

The Jane Austen Anthology consists of four granola blends, each linked to themes and settings from Austen’s literary works. The range includes Longbourn & Pemberley, inspired by Pride and Prejudice and shortbread flavours; Chatworth House & Barton Cottage, referencing Sense and Sensibility with elements of Scottish cranachan; Camden Place & Netherfield Park, influenced by Persuasion and Pride and Prejudice through sticky toffee notes; and Hartfield & Highbury, inspired by Emma with chocolate orange profiles. The blends combine global flavour references with Indian-sourced raw materials.

Operationally, Darcy & Company follows a made-to-order model, with granolas mixed and slow-baked only after orders are received. Ingredient sourcing is localised, with oats procured from Kerala, nuts and seeds from Auroville, and single-origin chocolate sourced from Pondicherry and Wayanad. The brand also uses activated nuts and seeds, soaked in saline water to improve digestibility and nutritional absorption, a process positioned as a functional differentiator within the health food category.

Beyond product development, the company has stated its intent to build a values-driven organisation focused on product integrity and employee welfare. The micro-bakery format allows for controlled scale-up while maintaining consistency and quality.

“Darcy & Company is more than a micro-bakery; it’s a commitment to making mornings effortlessly delicious and soulful,” adds Naik. “We want breakfast to be the new dinner—the most anticipated and enjoyable meal of the day.”

The launch adds to the growing segment of premium, breakfast-led food brands emerging from smaller production hubs while targeting a national consumer base.
