ALLEN Completes Board Transition with Appointment of Aman Maheshwari as Director

ALLEN Career Institute has appointed Aman Maheshwari to its Board of Directors. With this, ALLEN has completed the process of handing over Board responsibilities from all four Founders to the next generation. The appointment marks an important step towards ALLEN’s long-term vision of building a strong and future-ready institution that continues to grow over the next 100 years.

Aman Maheshwari has joined the Board alongside next-generation Directors Aviral Maheshwari, Anand Maheshwari and Keshav Maheshwari. He brings experience of leading ALLEN’s Global Studies Division. In addition, his education and professional experience across India, the United Arab Emirates, the United Kingdom and Europe have given him an international perspective in the field of education.

Rajesh Maheshwari, Founder, ALLEN Career Institute, said that Aman’s appointment completes an important chapter in ALLEN’s journey. He said that each next-generation Director brings a distinct strength, while Aman’s experience in building ALLEN’s international education business will bring valuable perspective to the Board.

Welcoming his elder son Aman Maheshwari to the Board as Executive Director, Dr. Brajesh Maheshwari, Founder, ALLEN, said that Aman has played an important role in strengthening the institution’s global education initiatives. He expressed confidence that Aman will continue to contribute to ALLEN’s growth and excellence with the same dedication, commitment and vision.

Aman Maheshwari said that joining the Board at an important stage in ALLEN’s journey is an honour for him. He highlighted his experience in building and expanding global education initiatives. He said that he will work with the other Directors and the leadership team to strengthen ALLEN’s foundation, promote innovation, expand its global reach and carry forward the institution’s legacy.

Uday Shankar, Director, ALLEN, said that Aman’s appointment brings together the experience of the Founders, professional management and the fresh energy of the next generation. Meanwhile, Nitin Kukreja, CEO, ALLEN, said that Aman’s appointment to the Board is a natural next step based on the trust he has built while leading the Global Studies Division.

Following this transition, ALLEN’s reconstituted Board of Directors comprises Uday Shankar as Chairman. In addition, Aviral Maheshwari, Aman Maheshwari, Anand Maheshwari, Keshav Maheshwari and Prateek Garg are Directors.

Aman Maheshwari’s Role and Background

Aman Maheshwari has been serving as the Head of ALLEN’s Global Studies Division since joining ALLEN in January 2020. His work focuses on international undergraduate education. This includes admissions strategy, student counselling, standardized test preparation, student profile building and developing pathways for higher education overseas. He has helped students pursue educational opportunities at reputed universities across the world, including Harvard, MIT, Oxford and other QS Top-200 Universities.

As a second-generation business leader, Aman holds an MBA from the University of East London, UK. He also holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from BITS Pilani, Dubai Campus. He completed his schooling at DAV Public School, Kota, Rajasthan.

Apart from education and business, cricket has also been an important part of Aman’s international journey. He has represented Croatia in international T20 cricket, including World Cup qualifying competitions held in Finland in 2022 and Germany in 2024. He has also been involved in domestic cricket in Croatia and neighbouring European countries.
