Mahindra Logistics Limited has introduced a new premium mobility service, ‘Alyte’, in Delhi-NCR. The service marks the rebranding and upgraded version of the company’s former ‘Meru’ taxi operations, featuring advanced technology and expanded offerings.
Through Alyte, customers can book airport-to-city transfers, in-city travel, and outstation rides via a dedicated mobile application. The platform ensures assured rides, transparent surge-free pricing, zero cancellations, and 24×7 customer support without automated systems. Riders will also benefit from real-time GPS tracking and secure payment options.
Alyte will operate under two categories — ‘Alyte Privé’, featuring premium electric vehicles, and ‘Alyte Select’, offering sedans and SUVs for regular travel. Professional chauffeurs in both categories undergo extensive training to maintain high service standards. The company has prioritized safety, reliability, and environmental sustainability as its core values.
Previously, Mahindra Logistics catered to corporate clients through its Mobility Enterprise Solutions division. With Alyte’s launch, the company is expanding from a B2B model to directly serve consumers.
Mahindra Logistics plans to expand Alyte services to Noida International Airport, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, and other metropolitan cities. Currently, the company serves over 400 corporate customers across the automobile, engineering, consumer goods, and e-commerce sectors through its integrated third-party logistics services.
Commenting on the launch, Hemant Sikka, Managing Director and CEO of Mahindra Logistics Limited, said, “India’s mobility ecosystem is at an inflection point, demanding new benchmarks in safety, comfort, reliability, and service excellence.”
As part of the Mahindra Group, the company represents a global enterprise operating in over 100 countries with more than 260,000 employees, holding leadership positions in farm equipment, utility vehicles, and financial services.
