Bakingo, one of India’s fastest-growing online bakery brands, has stepped into brick-and-mortar retail with the opening of its first physical store at Indirapuram Habitat Centre, Ghaziabad. The launch marks a key milestone in the brand’s omnichannel expansion, blending its digital-first strengths with an immersive in-store experience.
The new outlet received an enthusiastic response over its opening weekend, welcoming more than 2,500 visitors and clocking over 1,000 orders in just two days. The turnout underscored strong brand loyalty and growing consumer interest in experiential dessert retail.
At the heart of the store is Bakingo’s standout innovation—the Dream Station, a self-ordering kiosk that showcases over 5,000 theme cake designs. The interactive platform allows customers to visualise, customise, and place cake orders with ease, offering a quick yet personalised experience tailored for modern celebrations.
Complementing its signature cakes, Bakingo has introduced a refreshed in-store menu featuring savouries, indulgent cake shakes such as Blueberry, Red Velvet, and Tiramisu, along with a newly launched coffee range that includes both hot and cold brews. The store also serves live desserts prepared on demand, including Dubai Cream Cheese Croissant, Sticky Toffee Pudding with Caramel Sauce, Brownie with Ice Cream, Chocolate Lava Cake, and Red Velvet Cookies.
Designed to encourage discovery and engagement, the Indirapuram store brings together technology, freshness, and customization. Customers can design cakes, enjoy freshly prepared desserts, or pick up quick treats—all under one roof.
Commenting on the launch, Himanshu Chawla, Co-founder of Bakingo, said, “Our first physical store reflects what our customers value most—speed, convenience, and personalization. The Dream Station and our expanded menu are early steps toward building a retail experience that stays true to our digital DNA.”
Buoyed by the strong opening response, Bakingo plans to expand its offline presence further, with 5–6 additional stores slated to open across the Delhi-NCR region in the coming months.
