The funds will be used to strengthen brand and pricing, expand omni channel distribution, scale physical retail stores, invest in technology, and support entry into select international markets.

Travel products platform Escape Plan has raised USD 25 million in a Series A funding round led by Jungle Ventures, with participation from Fireside Ventures and strategic investor IndiGo Ventures, the corporate venture capital arm of airline IndiGo.

The round marks a scale up from the company’s earlier capital raise as it looks to expand distribution and presence across channels locally.

The Bengaluru-based startup had previously secured USD 5 million in July last year through Jungle Ventures’ First Cheque at Jungle initiative, alongside Fireside Ventures and a group of angel investors.

According to the company, the fresh capital will be used to strengthen its brand positioning, pricing strategy, and distribution network across India and select international markets. Plans include expanding its omni-channel presence across metro, tier I, and tier II cities, scaling its physical retail network to more than 200 stores, and increasing product availability across key travel hubs and corridors.

Founded in 2025 by Abhinav Pathak and Abhinav Zutshi, Escape Plan operates as a travel products platform focused on modern Indian travellers. The company designs and curates luggage, travel accessories, and mobility solutions across multiple use cases. It sells through online marketplaces, its to consumer channels, and a growing offline retail network.

Escape Plan said it is currently operating at an annualised revenue run rate exceeding INR 300 crore, supported by demand across cities and sales channels. It is evaluating entry into select overseas markets aligned with Indian outbound travel trends.

The company plans to invest in technology to improve supply chain control, product availability, and consistency across channels. It competes with consumer brands including Mokobara, Nasher Miles, Uppercase, and Acefour Accessories.
