Nava, a cloud infrastructure firm focused on GPU compute and AI data centres across the Asia-Pacific region, has raised USD 22 million in a Series A funding round led by Greenoaks. The round also saw participation from RTP Global and Unicorn India Ventures.
The startup, previously known as Kluisz, announced its rebranding alongside the fundraise. It also revealed plans to establish Singapore as its regional headquarters, aiming to be closer to key Asia-Pacific markets and access a broader talent pool.
Nava said the fresh capital will be used to build its full-stack AI compute platform, expand operations across the region, and hire senior leadership as well as specialised talent in areas such as AI data centre design, GPU engineering, and operations.
The funding will also support the development of its cloud infrastructure platform tailored for AI workloads.
Founded in 2025 by Abhinav Sinha, Vamshidhar Reddy, and Abhijeet Singh, the company is developing a neo-cloud platform designed specifically for artificial intelligence applications. It focuses on combining advanced hardware with AI-native software to support enterprise demand for high-performance computing at controlled costs.
Nava is building a developer-focused, AI-native private cloud platform intended for enterprise use. The system is designed to manage AI workloads across hybrid, on-premise, edge and sovereign cloud environments. It also integrates features such as security, observability and automation.
The platform allows developers to set performance, compliance or cost goals, while automatically handling deployment and execution across infrastructure layers.
Prior to this round, Nava had raised USD 9.6 million in seed funding from investors including RTP Global, Unicorn India Ventures, Blume Founders Fund and Climber Capital.
