Automaker Kia India recorded its highest-ever February sales in the country, selling 27,610 units and posting a 10.3% year-on-year growth over 25,026 units sold in February 2025. The performance marks the company’s second consecutive month of strong double-digit growth, reflecting sustained customer confidence in the brand.
The All-New Seltos continued to see robust demand, supported by its updated design, advanced technology and safety features, while the Sonet maintained strong momentum in the compact SUV segment. The Carens Clavis strengthened Kia’s presence in the family mobility space with its spacious design and comfort-focused features, and the Clavis EV gained traction among customers seeking simplified electric mobility. At the premium end, the Carnival reinforced the company’s position in the luxury MPV segment.
The company attributed the growth to its balanced product strategy combining progressive design, ADAS-enabled safety technologies, connected car features and a premium ownership experience.
Atul Sood, Senior Vice President, Sales & Marketing, said the record performance reflects growing trust among Indian consumers and highlighted the strong response to the company’s SUV and EV portfolio.
