Masters’ Union University Launches Four-Nation Global Business Programme
A nine-month Four Nations Global Business Programme spanning India, the United Kingdom, Hong Kong and Dubai, featuring international learning experiences at Imperial College London and CUHK Business School for aspiring global business leaders.

Masters’ Union University announced the launch of its Four Nations Global Business Programme, a nine-month global business programme designed to prepare students to build and operate businesses across international markets. The programme takes students across four business hubs, beginning with 12 weeks in Gurugram, followed by eight weeks in London and 10 weeks in Hong Kong, along with an optional one-week immersion in Dubai.

The programme includes learning experiences delivered at Imperial College London and Chinese University of Hong Kong (CUHK), giving participants exposure to distinct business ecosystems across India, the United Kingdom and Hong Kong. As part of the programme, participants will take part in learning experiences delivered at both Imperial College London and CUHK Business School. The optional Dubai immersion will offer additional exposure to the region’s business and investment ecosystem. Students will also have access to a global network of peers, faculty, business leaders and alumni throughout the programme.

Programme Combines Academic Learning With Hands-On Business Exposure

The programme combines academic learning with hands-on business exposure, with students working on live projects, business immersions and real-world challenges throughout the nine-month journey. The curriculum covers finance and fintech, product and AI, sales and go-to-market, operations and leadership with opportunities to engage with companies and business leaders across the four markets.

The programme prepares students to work across markets, giving them exposure to different business models, cultures and leadership environments. As businesses operate across increasingly complex and fast-changing markets, employers are placing greater value on graduates who can adapt to different environments.

International exposure is already a core part of the Masters’ Union University experience. Students have undertaken immersions across Japan, Singapore, South Korea, Europe, the UAE and the United States, with academic and institutional exposure through institutions such as SDA Bocconi, H-FARM, Singapore Management University, Illinois Tech and Griffith University, alongside visits to companies including Rakuten, Nissan, Singtel and Agoda.

Programme Builds on Masters’ Union University’s Global Learning Approach

The Four Nations Global Business Programme builds on this international approach through learning experiences delivered at Imperial Lifelong Learning and Chinese University of Hong Kong (CUHK). Participants will be exposed to diverse business environments across India, the UK and Hong Kong with additional exposure to Dubai through the optional immersion experience.

Nikhil Mittal, Managing Director, Masters’ Union University, said, “What makes this programme distinctive is its scope - three leading institutions, four very different business environments and nine months of learning across them. India, the UK, Hong Kong and Dubai each offer a very different perspective on how businesses are built, financed and scaled.

“Bringing those perspectives together allows students to understand global business comparatively, rather than from the vantage point of a single market. This combination of institutional depth and sustained international exposure puts this programme in a different league.”

Students to Work on Live Projects and Global Business Challenges

As part of the programme’s practical learning component, students will undertake projects including a 75-day D2C brand sprint, where they will take a product from discovery to launch across platforms including Shopify, Amazon and Flipkart. The programme also includes a Leadership Lab in London and capstone projects across countries, giving students opportunities to apply classroom learning to live business situations.

“At Imperial Lifelong Learning, we are committed to creating high-quality learning experiences that help individuals develop the capabilities needed to succeed in a rapidly changing world. As part of the Four Nations Global Business Programme, participants will spend time at Imperial exploring themes including innovation, entrepreneurship and finance through applied learning and engagement with London’s global business ecosystem.

“We look forward to welcoming learners to Imperial and contributing to their international learning journey,” said Betty Yue, Director of Global Learning Experiences, Imperial Lifelong Learning.

“As a global hub for capital, trade and innovation, Hong Kong offers an unparalleled perspective on Asia’s rapidly evolving landscape. Our partnership with Masters’ Union University unites Hong Kong’s strategic advantages with the dynamic scale of the Indian market.

“We look forward to welcoming students to Hong Kong and offering an Asia-focused dimension to their international business education,” said Professor Waiman Cheung, Executive Director of the Asia-Pacific Institute of Business, CUHK Business School.
