Nashville Fried Chicken Enters Pune, Expands Delivery-First QSR Strategy
Nashville Fried Chicken (NFC) has entered Pune, marking its continued expansion in India’s quick service restaurant (QSR) and delivery-first segment.

The brand is backed by Zorawar Kalra and operated under Massive Restaurants Pvt Ltd, which also manages concepts such as Louis Burger and Slyce Pizza. The Pune launch reflects the company’s strategy to scale specialized food formats built around focused menus and standardized processes.

NFC operates with a product-centric approach, positioning fried chicken as its core offering, supported by a limited range of in-house sauces including Comeback Sauce, Secret Sauce, Honey Mustard and Hot n Spicy. The preparation process includes buns proofed for 18 hours and chicken marinated for 18 hours, indicating a focus on consistency and flavour standardization within a scalable kitchen model.

Zorawar Kalra, Founder and Managing Director of Massive Restaurants Pvt Ltd, said, “Having seen the love from our patrons across India for Louis Burger, we are thrilled to now bring the bold flavours of Nashville Fried Chicken (NFC) to Pune. Our team has worked tirelessly to develop a menu that combines global culinary expertise with the authentic indulgence of great fried chicken. With Pune’s vibrant food culture and love for comfort food, we are excited to offer fried chicken enthusiasts a truly exceptional experience that they can enjoy from the comfort of their homes.”

The menu includes a fried chicken bucket offering with Peri Peri and Hot n Spicy variants, along with glazed chicken tenders and wings. Burgers remain a key category, led by the Nashville Style Fried Chicken Burger, alongside options such as The Big Cluck Burger, Tandoori Fried Chicken Burger and Hot American Summer. The portfolio is complemented by sides like Pretty Boy Fries and wraps including Clucking Coop Wrap and Fiery Double Chicken Wrap with additional vegetarian offerings included to widen consumer reach.

NFC continues to follow a delivery-focused model, aligning with growing demand for convenience-led dining. Packaging has been designed to maintain product texture and temperature during transit, addressing a critical challenge in fried food delivery.

The Pune entry highlights Massive Restaurants Pvt Ltd’s continued investment in scalable QSR formats and its intent to capture demand in Tier 1 and emerging metro markets, where consumer preference for comfort food and late-night dining continues to rise.
