Boldina, who took over as CFO in March 2023, has spent more than 25 years with the Nestlé group.
Nestlé India has said that its Chief Financial Officer Svetlana Boldina will step down from her role effective January 31, 2026 to assume a new position within a Nestlé affiliate. The company said a successor will be named soon.
Boldina’s departure comes amid a wave of senior leadership changes across India’s consumer goods sector. Companies including Hindustan Unilever and Britannia have recently reshuffled key executives after several quarters of subdued earnings growth.
Nestlé India has also faced a mixed operating environment. In October, the company reported a modest increase in second-quarter profit and flagged a gradual recovery in urban demand for popular products such as Maggi noodles and Nescafé coffee.
Boldina, who took over as CFO in March 2023, has spent more than 25 years with the Nestlé group, holding leadership roles across multiple international markets including Russia and Indonesia.
