New Delhi-based wealth management and multi-family office firm Nexedge Capital has raised USD 20 million in its maiden funding round led by Mirae Asset Venture Investment and Elev8 Venture Partners. The fresh capital will be used to strengthen its technology platform, expand its senior banker network and increase its presence across India, including tier-2 and tier-3 cities.
“Our maiden raise marks an important milestone in Nexedge’s journey. The confidence shown by our institutional investors reinforces our belief that this is a rare opportunity to build India’s first true Net-Worth Management firm,” said Anirudha Taparia, Founder and CEO, Nexedge Capital.
Founded by Anirudha Taparia in February 2025, Nexedge provides wealth management, portfolio management, estate planning, business expansion and global mobility services for high-net-worth individuals (HNIs), ultra-high-net-worth individuals (UHNIs), families and corporates.
Taparia previously served as Co-Founder and Joint CEO of 360 ONE Wealth. He is joined by co-founders Sidhartha Shaw, Vijeeta Sharma and Pankaj Walia, along with 15 founding partners with experience across Citibank, Kotak Wealth, 360 ONE and Standard Chartered.
Nexedge has scaled to more than USD 3 billion in assets under management (AUM) across over 1,300 clients since its launch. It has onboarded more than 95 senior bankers, with another 50-60 expected to join in 2026.
